Ingredients: One Cup Flour, and a Pinch of Nostalgia

I don’t know how she does it, but my mom makes cookies that taste like my childhood.
Maybe it’s because whenever I got home from elementary school, I knew it was going to be a good afternoon if there was a plate of those cookies on the table.
Maybe it’s because those cookies could fix any problem, concern, or knee scrape with a single bite.
But mostly, it’s because whenever I make those cookies as an adult, I remember how lucky I was to grow up with a family who loved me enough to make something I love so much.

- One can pumpkin
- Three eggs
- As many chocolate chips as your heart desires
Stir all ingredients together until combined. Spoon onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
